My favorite cold weather quick breakfast:

A bowl of Hot Oatmeal sprinkled with 1/4c of Trail Mix.

My personal preferences are Arrowhead Mills "Maple Nut" instant oatmeal and Wild Oats different varieties of all-natural trail mixes. They have one that features honey-roasted almonds and carob chips. YUM!!!

That will keep you warm and perking all morning! A good strong cup of java helps, too. :)

Holy Humidity!!! There's FOG in Albuquerque this morning!!!

I think I'm back on solid ground, now that the HOLIDAYS are over with for another few months. They come back pretty quick, since all the stores put up those decorations about the same time as Hallowe'en, these days. aahhh well.....

You know you've been stressed out when you're organizing the post-holiday mess, and you find a stack of Christmas cards that you swore you had mailed out 2 wks earlier!

The flu bug only got me down for about 3 days, so I fought it off pretty well. Gotta keep drinking my grapefruit juice every morning, eating that apple in the afternoon -- it all pays off in the long run.

Back to reality.
