Finally!!! SNOW! SNOW! SNOW! in Albuquerque!!!!!!
We are SO very grateful for some precipitation, and are enjoying every frozen droplet. Not too much here in Abq Metro, but the surrounding areas, especially North and East got whacked. I-40E is Closed!!
It's a treat to see white all over everywhere.

Wow! How time flies when you are swamped with work and running around like crazy!
We've been to El Paso, TX and Las Cruces, NM this week. I worked on the computers and network equipment there. We really like Las Cruces. They have good radio stations there, and we found an awesome restaurant on their historic plaza. It's actually 2 restaurants in one: Double Eagle Restaurant (very expensive), and Peppers Cafe (very reasonable). The food was fabulous. The architecture, interior design and ambience were SUPERB!!! The backbar in their bar was originally from the Drake Hotel in Chicago, and was shipped down there back in the 30's (I believe). Anyway, the place was great all the way around.
El Paso, on the other hand, leaves much to be desired. I will never go back to that place unless it is specifically for work, or we are just passing through on I-10. 'Nuff said.
I am still up to my eyeballs at work, today, but hated to have my Blog so unattended to.
My mother is 83 yrs old, and she is learning to use a PC. She is picking up the terminology at the drop of a hat, and is doing better that some people I've worked with that are 30 yrs younger than she is. I'm really proud of her. I give her tech lessons over the phone, and it's worth every minute I've spent. Go Mom!!!!

SNOW! SNOW! SNOW!!
We awoke to about 2" of fresh fluff sticking to trees, bushes and ground areas. The sidewalks and streets were clear, as usual. The sun is melting is fast.
Last night, we attended an Open House for the newly remodeled, and now ready for business Airdance Art Space! It is truly an awesome facility, with Debra Landau and Jeff Hartzer realizing their vision in fine style. It is a wonderful facility for performance art, and all kinds of classes. I was totally impressed with the acoustics of the performance area. The Buddha Betties sounded fabulous. Mark Pringle's light show added a great deal to the entire affect. Mary Jane's spicy roll-ups really got the juices flowing!
